Vision

Kristina believes that our pain can be transformed, and we can have a new understanding of the challenges we experience. Her understanding of scripture is that Jesus longs to redeem, restore, and renew all the pain in our lives, making us whole, at peace, and able to walk in freedom close with Him. She views each of her counseling sessions, yoga classes, and retreats as divine appointments where she desires to create a brave space to explore the harder things in life. She views her work as God’s work; she is joining in His larger plan of healing and transformation.

Personal

Kristina works as a trauma therapist and yoga-instructor. She is a counselor, yogi, often over-worker, deep-thinker, deep-feeler, mama, wife, and creative. Kristina’s passion for healing work stem from her own realization of how being in the process of becoming, healing, and transforming changes how she interacts with the world around her for the better. She sees her purpose as helping others to become more fully themselves allowing them to be in intimate and honest connection with God and others.
